2) You will need to establish an account with Mordek to order our products. If you order a delivery without having an established account, you will need to organise to pay cash on delivery, onsite. No exceptions are allowed.

3) Mordek cannot accept responsibility for your errors in ordering. Colours and measurements should be in writing with diagrams. You can deliver your specified order to us by mail, fax, email or deliver over the counter at one of our sites.

4) If you are seeking to match existing material, you must supply a sample of the existing material.
